Guidelines for Authors

During the Congress, plenary and keynote lectures, joint sessions, mini-symposia and parallel sessions, as well as oral and poster presentations are planned. The language of the Congress will be English.

Oral presentation

Time for regular oral presentations will be 20 minutes including a five minutes discussion.

It is recommended to prepare the presentation files in Microsoft PowerPoint files (*.ppt/*.pptx) or the Portable Document Format (*.pdf). Files containing the presentations should be sent to the organizers before the start of the congress (no later than August 31, 2027).

Presentation computers will be equipped with Microsoft 365 PowerPoint and Microsoft Office 2019 and Adobe Acrobat Reader 2023.

In exceptional cases, Meeting rooms will also be equipped with HDMI and VGA cables for participants presenting from their own computers.

Plenary lecture

Invited talks are 45 minutes long, including 10 minutes for questions and discussion.

Poster presentation

The poster should be prepared in A1 format size (59.4 cm wide x 84.1 cm high). Author should post up your poster on the poster panel in the morning of the day of your poster session. The detailed schedule of poster arrangement please refer to the Congress Program.

Your poster place will be identified by a label with participant ID number posted on the corresponding board.

Abstract

The abstract should be submitted electronically via the conference registration system in MS Word format. To submit the abstract you need to be logged in. Abstract should briefly explain the aim and scope of the study.

Abstracts will be reviewed by Members of Scientific Committee and the authors will then be notified of acceptance. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Congress Book of Abstracts (in electronic version).

Full Papers

Full versions of the articles may be published in the conference proceedings. Based on the quality of contributions, the certain number of authors will be encouraged to submit the extended, full version of their work for publication in a supporting international journal, after a standard review process.
