Conference Fee

Important

All conference delegates and presenting authors must register and after receiving confirmation of abstract acceptance the conference fee should be paid. Registration is only possible via the online system.

The transfer title containing the assigned participant ID is generated during registration.

Once payment is completed, the invoice file will be available in your congress user account. Proforma invoice is prepared upon the participant’s request, after checking the box on the registration form. The payment term on the pro-forma invoice is 14 days.

Registration fee for the full delegate
and student includes:

• participation in all sessions,
• book of abstracts (digital version),
• delegate bag, social events (welcome reception, Gala dinner),
• lunches and coffee breaks.

REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee is in Euro. Any bank charges have to be paid by the participant.
Registration fees are VAT exempt.

Remarks:

• The fee does not include personal travel, accomodation or medical insurance of any kind. Each participant should ensure to acquire an adequate insurance policy.
• The fee includes: participation in all the sessions, delegate bag, social events (welcome reception, conference dinner), lunches and coffee breaks.
• We kindly inform that the conference fee may be changed for reasons independent of the organizers.

Cancellation policy:

If a paid registration is cancelled before May 31, 2027, then 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed. After this date, the registration fee cannot be reimbursed.
